This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Bengaluru. We are looking for passionate and driven IT/Technical Recruiters (Product based clients hiring experience is must ) who are eager to make an impact in the tech hiring space. Whether you’re just starting out or have a few years of experience, if you’re excited to work with top product companies and build tech teams, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand technical job requirements from product-based clients.
- Source and screen profilesusing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn,GitHub, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial telephonic roundsto evaluate candidates’ communication and technical fit.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing,screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay up-to-date with emergingtechnologies and markettrends in the product-tech space.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-5 years in IT or technical recruitment.
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Tech/B.E./MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior exposure to product-based client hiring is Must.
- Strong understanding of tech roles like Software Engineers, Frontend/Backend Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn.
