Lead Process Simulation SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Process Simulation Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading simulation activities and supporting process optimization.This role requires a strong background in chemical engineering fundamentals, with a focus on process simulations and hydrocarbon plant operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, validating, and maintaining simulation models for plant performance and optimization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement steady-state and dynamic simulations for hydrocarbon process units using ROMeo or similar tools.Collaborate with operations, process, and control teams to troubleshoot and improve plant performance.Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers.Support RTO (Real-Time Optimization) and APC (Advanced Process Control) implementation and integration with plant DCS systems.Required Skills and Qualifications:8-20 years of total experience in the process/hydrocarbon industry.Strong Chemical Engineering fundamentals.Minimum 5+ years of experience in process engineering, with at least 3+ years hands-on in steady-state and/or dynamic process simulations.Remaining experience in hydrocarbon plant operations will be considered highly relevant.Proven experience with commercial RTO software (preferably ROMeo).Knowledge of APC implementation and control fundamentals.Experience in integrating RTO and APC with DCS systems such as Yokogawa, Honeywell, ABB, etc.Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and team-leading skills.Benefits:As a Process Simulation Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of the organization.
