Enterprise Data Governance LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned professional to drive enterprise-level data governance initiatives across multiple business domains.Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design, implement, and institutionalize data governance frameworks, policies, and processes across business units.Facilitate Cross-Functional Workshops: Conduct workshops with clients to define governance objectives, roles, and ownership models.Establish Governance Frameworks: Help set up and formalize the Data Governance Council — document charters, roles, responsibilities, and governance operating models.Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work with data engineering, architecture, and security teams to implement governance controls using platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog, and Informatica.Drive AI Governance: Implement and monitor AI governance principles ensuring compliance, ethical AI use, and adherence to organizational policies.Align Business Objectives: Understand diverse business domains — Real Estate, Retail, E-Commerce, Investment Holding, Hospitality & Entertainment, and Government Entities — to align governance frameworks with business priorities.Ensure Compliance: Ensure all governance processes align with Microsoft Security and Compliance Frameworks, regulatory standards, and enterprise risk guidelines.Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Partner with senior business leaders, data owners, and IT teams to drive governance adoption and maturity.Key Qualifications:Strong functional expertise in data governanceExceptional communication skillsExperience in setting up governance councils, policies, and AI governance practices within an enterprise environmentAbility to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate business workshopsUnderstanding of technical platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog, and InformaticaKnowledge of AI governance principles and regulatory standardsWhat We Offer:A competitive compensation packageA dynamic work environmentOngoing training and development opportunities
