Data Governance Functional Lead RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data governance initiatives, driving business value through effective management of our data assets.Design and implement robust data governance frameworks, policies, and processes that align with business objectives.Foster collaboration between stakeholders to define governance objectives, roles, and ownership models.Establish a Data Governance Council to formalize its charter, roles, responsibilities, and operating models.Work closely with technical teams to design and implement governance controls using industry-leading platforms.Develop and maintain AI governance principles to ensure compliance, ethical use, and adherence to organizational policies.Ensure all governance processes align with regulatory standards, enterprise risk guidelines, and industry best practices.Partner with senior leaders, data owners, and IT teams to drive governance adoption, maturity, and strategic alignment.This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.
