Job Description Responsibilities
  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements for the group ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Manage the timely submission of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports while enhancing reporting systems for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial and operational controls ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external auditors managing the entire audit process including preparing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across the organization while developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of high performance continuous improvement and professional development.
MustHave Skills
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 48 years of experience
  • 4 years of experience in MIS monthly closing and Reporting
  • Strong Financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience in book closing and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Good to have Skills
  • ERP Systems (SAP Oracle)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Process Improvement and automation
  • Knowledge of industryspecific financial metrics and KPIs
