We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Marketing who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the social media presence across all Vritti Group verticals. This role demands creativity, strategy, and an in-depth understanding of social media trends to drive meaningful engagement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Social Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media calendars for all Vritti Group verticals.
  • Ensure consistency in posting schedules across platforms, aligning with brand voice and objectives.

2.Content Creation & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Write, edit, and proofread captions, posts, and short-form content that align with social media trends and target audiences.

3. Industry Trends & Moment Marketing:

  • Stay updated on current trends, viral topics, and competitor activities in the industry.
  • Leverage moment marketing opportunities to create real-time, high-impact campaigns.

4 .Engagement & Innovation:

  • Design creative campaigns to enhance engagement and follower growth on all platforms.
  • Brainstorm and implement fresh ideas to take social media interactions to the next level.

5.Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Experience: 2-4 years in social media management and content Marketing, preferably in multi-vertical organizations.
  • Creativity: Dynamic, creative thinker with a passion for innovative ideas and engagement strategies.
  • Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, tools, and best practices.
