Role and Responsibilities:Conduct snagging and de-snagging of MEP systems in hotels and resorts to ensure the effective functioning of machinery.Prepare and raise DLP reports for MEP auxiliary equipment.Inspect transmittal reports of MEP snagging and DLP from contractors.Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the smooth operation and maintenance of the MEP auxiliary system in hotels and resorts.Develop a Master Maintenance Plan (MMP) for the building MEP system, including monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance of MEP auxiliaries throughout the year.Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and Director to take handover of the property from contractors to the organization.Compile an asset list of the property's MEP equipment for the preparation of a Property Management & Capital Maintenance (PM & CM) plan.Coordinate spare parts and tools orders for property maintenance and troubleshooting needs.Document warranty cards and vendor details for all machineries.Provide training to team members on new properties, technologies, and vendor products and services. Candidate Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum X years of experience in technical audit of MEP systems in the hotel and resort industry.Extensive knowledge of MEP auxiliary equipment and related maintenance procedures.Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for MEP system operation and maintenance.
