If you love a good challenge and want to wear multiple hats, you're going to fit right inWhat you'll dive into:Strategic Projects: You'll work directly with the founder on key projects that impact our product and market plans. You'll help us research trends, analyze competition, and make smart, data-driven decisions that shape the company's future.Operational Excellence: Help us get our organization's structure and internal processes in great shape so things run like a well-oiled machine. You'll be a key player in making our team more efficient as we grow fast.People & Culture: Get hands-on with people-focused tasks, from recruiting to planning fun team events and building a collaborative culture. Your work will directly impact everyone's daily experience at TAMIZH.Growth & Marketing: Jump in on marketing efforts and project management to help us with our overall growth strategy. You'll get to see the full journey of a startup's growth, from getting new users to keeping them happy.Team Coordination: Be a central point of contact, making sure different teams are aligned and tasks are assigned effectively. Your ability to connect people and keep projects on track will be a huge help to the entire team.What we're looking for:You have a natural talent for people management and love the idea of building a great company culture.You're genuinely curious about startups and aren't afraid to take on diverse tasks.You're a proactive problem-solver, a fast learner, and you're great at managing your time.You're a student or recent graduate, and if you have an MBA, that's a huge plus But we also welcome applicants from any field—what we care about most are your proven skills and attitude.Even if you don't have extensive formal experience, we value your potential and drive above all else.
