JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SuperOps is looking for a strategic and proactive professional to join our Founder’s Office and work closely with the leadership team as we scale. This role is central to driving operational efficiency, aligning cross-functional priorities, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives. As a close partner to the founders and leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping company direction, streamlining processes, and enabling teams to deliver meaningful impact particularly as we expand our footprint in the Mid-Market with our unified PSA-RMM platform.

It’s a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders in a fast-growing SaaS startup, where you’ll help turn strategy into action, drive operational excellence, and solve complex problems in a dynamic, high-growth environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead strategic projects including market research, competitive benchmarking, and business case development.
• Analyze operational KPIs to generate actionable insights across GTM, product, and customer success.
• Create executive-level presentations, leadership updates, and board materials.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives such as pricing, international expansion, and customer value realization.
• Shadow founders in leadership reviews and translate priorities into structured execution plans.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel & PowerPoint proficiency; Power BI/Tableau a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action from Day 1.
• Prior exposure to SaaS operations, AOP planning, market penetration, board reporting, and MIS is a strong plus.
