**Contract Manager Job Description**This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of procurement contracts, including drafting, vetting, and third-party negotiation of IT/software licensing agreements, master services agreements (MSAs), end-user license agreements (EULAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), statements of work, and intercompany agreements.The successful candidate will provide general advisory support to various functions within the organization, identifying contractual, commercial, operational risks, and exposures in contracts, and providing inputs or mark-ups on contracts as necessary.Additionally, this role involves providing legal support on ongoing contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool activities and participating in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and advisors during the contracting process.The Contract Manager will be responsible for negotiating contract terms and conditions, leading contract management activities, analyzing risks and issues, and recommending resolutions.
