As a key contributor to our legal team, we are seeking an accomplished Legal Associate to spearhead the expansion of our contracting function in the US market.The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating complex enterprise agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth while safeguarding company interests. The role requires a deep understanding of privacy, AI, and intellectual property issues across multiple jurisdictions.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, teaming arrangements, and other contracts.Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to accelerate revenue growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Identifying commercial and legal risks early and providing practical solutions to mitigate these risks.Counseling internal teams on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property matters across various jurisdictions.Translating complex legal positions into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers.Staying up-to-date with emerging trends in tech, AI, and data regulation and briefing leadership on potential risk areas.Developing standardized templates, playbooks, and deal trackers to streamline operations.About This OpportunityThis is an exceptional chance to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth of our business.
