Job Title: Federal Contracts Support SpecialistJob Description:We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Federal Contracts Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support for U.S. federal government contracts.The successful candidate will work closely with our U.S.-based team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements.This role involves reviewing and analyzing contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and clauses.Key responsibilities include identifying and summarizing applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations, supporting subcontractor due diligence, and maintaining organized contract repositories and document management systems.Contract Review & ComplianceAssist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
