Job Title: Customer Experience SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and customer support for our products, attending events, updating support materials, and interacting with customers online and in person.About the Role:The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for handling service tickets via email, live chat, remote support, and phone calls for assigned regions. You will process English tickets from CIS, India, and Southeast Asia regions, support dental events and visits to local dealers, create and update troubleshooting guides, and monitor and respond to inquiries on social media platforms.Responsibilities:Handle service tickets via various communication channelsProcess English tickets from CIS, India, and Southeast Asia regionsSupport dental events and visits to local dealersCreate and update troubleshooting guidesMonitor and respond to inquiries on social media platformsRequirements:Experience using Zendesk and SAP ERP systemsBasic understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware, with troubleshooting abilitiesExperience in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, or the dental industryOver 3 years of experience in a company engaged in B2B businessPreferred Qualifications:Degree in dentistry (including dental hygiene and dental technology)Work experience in relevant industriesProficient in SAPWork Environment:Remote work arrangementWhat We Offer:A challenging and rewarding role with opportunities for growth and development.
