We are looking for an experienced Employee Engagement and CSR Manager to lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, foster diversity and inclusion (D&I), and drive social responsibility programs within the organization. The ideal candidate will create an environment of belonging, plan and execute engagement activities, and lead sustainable workplace practices. In this role, you will oversee all engagement initiatives, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure success.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Handle the entire employee engagement experience, creating a culture of belonging and driving positive employee sentiment through effective engagement strategies.
  • CSR Leadership: Lead and manage the company's Social Responsibility initiatives, conceptualizing and executing global programs across regions.
  • Diversity & Inclusion (D&I): Align engagement programs with the organization’s D&I goals, ensuring that all initiatives promote inclusivity and diversity within the workforce.
  • Sustainable Practices: Partner with vendors to support sustainable gifting practices, and drive the adoption of sustainability across our global offices
  • Program Management: Curate and manage the employee engagement calendar at the beginning of each year, ensuring all events are well-planned and aligned with company objectives.
  • Event Coordination: Lead a team to plan and execute high-quality events throughout the year, ensuring they are cost-effective, impactful, and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure seamless execution of programs, with a focus on cost efficiency and quality.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team to deliver impactful employee engagement and CSR programs, fostering collaboration and innovation.
