Position Summary & Objective
The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for various roles within the organization. The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in enhancing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage a high volume of recruitment activities and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment support.
Conduct proactive outreach and talent mapping to identify and attract passive candidates.
Experience
8 years of experience in technical recruitment.
US and International Talent Acquisition Experience, preferably within internal recruitment or RPO.
Solid negotiation skills and understanding of tax terms (1099, W2 & FTE)
Willing to work late shifts.
Shift Timing:
Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work during US/UK shift hours.
Language Proficiency
Fluent Communication: Exceptional English communication skills are essential for coordinating with stakeholders and candidates.
Working Hours and Conditions
Office and Remote Work Environment.
May require flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent hiring needs.
