Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned data expert to join our team as an ETL Developer + SQL. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and mapping customer data from client source systems to our industry-leading platform.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems to meet business objectives. They will also have experience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions, as well as strong SQL scripting experience.A key responsibility of this role will be to communicate effectively with clients and/or Project Managers to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration projects.Key ResponsibilitiesMap and maintain business requirements to the solution design using tools such as requirements traceability matrices (RTM).Present findings, requirements, and problem statements for ratification by stakeholders and working groups.Identify and document data gaps to allow change impact and downstream impact analysis to be conducted.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, the successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:Strong technical data migration, scripting, and organizational skills.Experience with extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies and tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Dell Boomi, etc.Utilize data mapping tools to prepare data for data loads based on target system specifications.Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including, but not limited to: Agile, Waterfall, and others.Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in customer SIT, UAT, migration and go live support.About UsOur company is a dynamic and growing software consulting firm that drives business automation with cutting-edge solutions.
