Job Title: Professor of BusinessJob Overview:We are seeking a highly qualified professor to teach and mentor students in our General Management program. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in core management subjects, including finance.Teach and mentor students across core and elective subjects, including finance.Design, update, and deliver curriculum aligned with academic standards and industry requirements.Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities.Participate in academic planning, department meetings, and institutional initiatives.Conduct assessments, evaluate performance, and ensure academic excellence.Engage in research, publications, seminars, and professional development activities.Support accreditation, documentation, and quality assurance processes.Requirements:PhD in Management or related field.Strong knowledge of General Management and Finance subjects.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Prior teaching experience in higher education preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team.Key Responsibilities:The professor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, designing and delivering curriculum, guiding students in research activities, participating in academic planning, conducting assessments, engaging in research and professional development, and supporting accreditation and quality assurance processes.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative academic environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
