We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Academics to join our team. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

1. Academic Leadership:

- Develop and implement academic strategies aligned with NatureNurture’s vision and goals.
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of K-12 curriculums.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with national education standards and best practices.

1. Curriculum Development:

- Oversee the creation and revision of curriculum content, ensuring it is comprehensive, engaging, and effective.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning.
- Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

1. Teacher Training and Development:

- Design and implement comprehensive professional development programs for teachers and instructional leaders.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance pedagogical skills and content knowledge.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to teachers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

1. Instructional Leadership:

- Lead instructional leaders in implementing effective teaching practices and classroom management strategies.
- Establish and maintain high standards of instructional quality and student engagement.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers and instructional leaders.

1. Assessment and Evaluation:

- Develop and implement assessment frameworks to measure student learning outcomes and curriculum effectiveness.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and inform instructional decisions.
- Ensure regular and transparent reporting of academic performance to stakeholders.

1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Extensive experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and teacher training.
- Proven track record of driving academic excellence and innovation in K-12 education.
- Strong understanding of national and international education standards and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of educators and instructional leaders.
