This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for technology to kickstart or accelerate their career in B2B sales.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachResearch and identify potential clients using sales intelligence toolsEngage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needsSchedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales teamMaintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRMCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategiesMeet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generatedStay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscapeRequired QualificationsEducationMBA degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)Technical SkillsBasic knowledge and hands-on experience with: (prospecting and lead generation)Lemlist (email outreach campaigns) LinkedIn Sales Navigator (social selling)ChatGPT & Claude (AI-powered research and communication)Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Comfort with learning new sales tools and technologiesCore CompetenciesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written English)Curiosity and learning mindset - eager to continuously improve and adaptAccountability - takes ownership and follows through on commitmentsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesSelf-motivated with a results-oriented approachAbility to handle rejection and maintain persistenceTeam player with collaborative spiritCompensation StructureMonth 1:Unpaid training period (comprehensive onboarding on sales processes, tools, and methodologies)Months 2-3:₹15,000 per monthMonth 4 onwards: ₹25,000 per monthPerformance-based incentives and bonusesWork ScheduleMonday to Friday, full-time position at our Gachibowli office (Orbit Building, 16th Floor)To Apply:Please submit your resume at along with a brief cover letter explaining why you're excited about this role and how your skills align with our requirements.
