Analyttica is looking for an Analytics Manager to lead and mentor a high-performing team, drive impactful analytics initiatives, and partner with global clients.

What you'll do:

-Lead and guide Analysts & Senior Analysts

-Translate business problems into data-driven solutions

-Manage offshore delivery with client engagement

- Ensure high-quality, timely, and error-free deliverables

What we're looking for:

- 6+ years of analytics experience (3+ years in people management)

-Strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Excel

-Hands-on with hypothesis testing, MMM, predictive modeling

-Excellent communication & client-facing skills

-BFSI domain experience preferred

Location: Bangalore

Willingness to travel to client locations when required
