The team brings in 7 years of experience in building electoral strategies that spark conversations and help shape electoral and legislative ecosystems in our country.

As a part of the Analytics & Engineering Team , you will have a great chance to build tools and pipelines from early days by reinventing the concept of using data for the greater good.

What is the work :

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and statistical techniques.

- Build and maintain data pipelines and automated reporting systems.

- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and present findings to stakeholders.

- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to measure impact and guide decision-making.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.

- Communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling.

Key Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related Field.

- 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytical role.

- Strong programming skills in Python or R.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e., scikit-learn, XG Boost, TensorFlow).

- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, Seaborn).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

Good to have :

- Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Hive.

- Exposure to MLOps and model lifecycle management
