Customer Service Representative RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support.Key Responsibilities:Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.Offer accurate information about products, services, and policies.Effectively handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.Issue Resolution:Identify customer needs and provide the best possible resolution.Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to supervisors or technical teams when necessary.Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.Update customer accounts and process orders, returns, or requests.Generate regular reports as needed.Product & Policy Knowledge:Stay updated on company products, services, and new launches.Clearly communicate company policies to customers.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Strong communication skills (verbal & written).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
