Key Role: Senior Liaisoning OfficerThis professional will serve as the trusted representative for our organization across political, police, judicial, and government circles.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior officials, coordinate with Members of Legislative Assemblies (MLAs), Members of Parliament (MPs), and political offices, establish effective communication channels with Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs), Collectors, and Zonal officers, facilitate the organization of meetings, track government correspondence, anticipate potential bottlenecks, document all interactions, and ensure accountability and proper reporting.Maintain working ties with judicial administration, legal advisors, and law enforcement authorities, coordinate with law firms, advocates, or government legal departments, follow up on court proceedings, registrar offices, and local authorities, prepare briefing notes and background materials, and ensure that all institutional and business activities align with applicable legal frameworks.Act as our representative for matters requiring government licenses, permissions, and approvals, engage regularly with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), corporate affairs departments, and industry associations, facilitate high-level business meetings, track and follow up on tenders, government projects, or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)-linked opportunities aligned with our organizational goals.
