The University Marketing Department is looking for experienced and passionate candidates to work at the Campus.

Position: Manager - Admissions & Outreach

Job Location: MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur

Responsibilities

  • Work with K12 schools to develop productive engagement viz. faculty training, counsellor workshops, student visits to university.
  • Planning activities for brand building and marketing in educational fairs
  • Shall possess knowledge of CRM,
  • Must know lead generation online / offline and target oriented.
  • Understand the key requirement and Conduct Counselling sessions for marketing coordinators and school students.
  • Comfort with working on assigned enrolment targets from the assigned region/ geography.
  • Organize engagement activities, events and actively counsel students in such events.
  • Maintain MIS and create daily reports and trackers to share with the leadership.
  • Education counselling students to make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. They provide guidance on course selection, majors, and career options.
  • Engage with the Schools, colleges and Outreach team for support in supplies of collaterals, collating application forms data, and general coordination to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage various databases relevant to Marketing and Outreach.
  • Work in coordination with all departments

Qualifications

  • MBA Degree in sales and Marketing
  • Proven experience in Academic Institutions for not less than 5years.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic team player and proactive
  • Ability to make presentation to large number of students.
  • Excellent MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
