Networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration & reach Exploring new markets for promoting products and conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitors to achieve market share metrics. Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of Return on Investment (ROI) Conceptualizing & implementing the sales promotional activities as part of brand building Recruiting, mentoring, training & coaching personnel of the sales team for ensuring optimum performance to deliver quality services. Formulating long term/ short term strategic plans, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.
