Pricing and Revenue AnalystWe are a global revenue management company that provides active revenue solutions to help short-term rental owners maximize revenue, optimize operations, and scale portfolios with ease.This is a full-time REMOTE role for a Pricing and Revenue Analyst. The Pricing and Revenue Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating pricing strategies, and monitoring financial and revenue performance.Manage dynamic pricing using Pricelabs (training available).Analyze performance metrics like occupancy, ADR, pacing, and market trends.Support the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and markets.Adjust pricing strategies to balance revenue and occupancy optimization.Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Excel.Collaborate with internal teams to clearly communicate recommendations.Automate workflows or analyses using Python.Requirements:Candidates should have 1–3 years of hands-on pricing experience.Pricing related experience in e-commerce companies.Experience with pricing tools like Pricelabs is a plus.Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Pricing and Financial analysis.Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.Good written and verbal communication skills.Experience with Python, Streamlit & Time series forecasting.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently.
