Key responsibilities include maintaining and tracking full lifecycle of commercial contracts, monitoring key contract obligations, and supporting invoice management.The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Commercial Operations, Legal Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function. They will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure clarity and execution of contract terms.Maintain and track the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs.Monitor key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.Support invoice management—ensuring accuracy, timely issuance, and tracking payment status in partnership with Finance.
