Contract Lifecycle Manager RoleWe are seeking a skilled Contract Lifecycle Manager to oversee post-contract obligations, ensure ongoing compliance, timely renewals, and revenue alignment.Maintain and track commercial contracts from initiation through completion, including master services agreements, order forms, and statements of work.Monitor key contract milestones, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.Support invoice management—ensuring accuracy, timely issuance, and tracking payment status in partnership with the finance team.Oversee renewal workflows and assist in preparing contract amendments or extension documents.Ensure structured documentation and update contract records within internal systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams to ensure clarity and execution of contract terms.Required Skills and Qualifications:Contract management expertise, including MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
