TCS is Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant

Location: Bangalore


We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Onboarding 2.0 and exposure to Recruiting (RCM) and Time Management modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement, configure, and optimize SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 processes.

• Work on integration with Recruiting (RCM) and Time Management.

• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

• Configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors modules as per business needs.

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and system standards.


Required Skills:

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.

• Working knowledge of Recruiting (RCM) and Time Management.

• Strong functional expertise in HR processes and workflows.

• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, and end-user support.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
