More details as below.Experience: 8+ yearsWork Location: India (Remote) Contract Period: 3 months, extendableShift : 5 am to 2 pm ISTRequirements :Minimum 5 years of hands-on project experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.At least 2 full lifecycle implementations each in Recruiting AND Onboarding modules.Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB).Good knowledge of integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting AND Onboarding is requiredStrong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global project environments.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
