Please check the below JD for more information Job Title: SuccessFactors CPI Consultant Location: Bangalore (WFO) Experience: 6–10 Years No. of Positions: 2 Mandatory Skills: Successfactor CPI, SAP CPI, Successfactor ESM Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors integrations and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems (e.G., People Strong, third-party HR applications). - Configure and customize SAP CPI to support secure, scalable, and efficient data flows. - Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and integration standards. - Support UAT, documentation, and post-go-live activities for integration projects. - Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior consultants where required. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6–10 years of total IT experience with at least 4–6 years in SuccessFactors CPI/Integration. - Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs (OData, SOAP), and middleware tools. - Hands-on experience in configuring and monitoring CPI iFlows. - Good understanding of SuccessFactors modules such as EC, PMGM, Onboarding, and Time Management. - Experience with SAP HCM/ECC/S4 integrations is highly desirable. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
