About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to own and drive client success and operational excellence at Grexa AI. This is a senior, high-ownership role where you’ll design and scale processes, oversee multiple client journeys, and work directly with leadership to ensure our platform becomes an integral part of our clients’ businesses.

You’ll be the strategic link between clients, product, and leadership, ensuring smooth onboarding, deep adoption, and measurable revenue growth. Beyond managing client programs, you’ll also help shape org-level strategies, team processes, and cross-functional initiatives that directly impact Grexa’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end client programs — onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth
• Design, implement, and scale operational processes that deliver consistent client success at scale
• Drive program governance by tracking KPIs, preparing dashboards, and presenting insights to leadership
• Act as the voice of the client by synthesizing feedback into actionable inputs for product and strategy teams
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts, ensuring upsell/cross-sell and renewal success
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure operational alignment
• Mentor and guide Associate Program Managers or Analysts to deliver on program objectives
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance adoption, efficiency, and overall client experience
• Represent Grexa in strategic client conversations, building trust and long-term partnerships

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Strategy in a product-based startup or SaaS company
• Proven ability to design and scale operational processes with measurable impact
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for execution and real-time decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and client-facing contexts
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel/Sheets, project management tools, and marketing/automation platforms
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and leading small teams/associates
• Prior exposure to mobile-first or SaaS products is a strong plus
