The RoleWe invite applications for the position of Business Developer & Strategist, part hustler, part thinker, part rainmaker. An individual who combines drive with strategic outlook and impeccable relationship-building skills. Someone who can confidently initiate conversations, secure meaningful meetings, and contribute decisively to Fableman’s growth story.In this role, you will work directly with the founder, influencing the way we scale, from brand pitches and partnerships to nurturing our creative network. Simply put, if our business growth were a film, you would be the co-directorYour Mission (If you choose to accept it) : Client Engagement: Represent Fableman to agencies and brands using our compelling decks and reels.Business Development: Initiate contact, follow up diligently, and close deals effectively.Network: Conduct meetings with clients and vendors, transforming contacts into collaborators.Artist Roster: Expand and strengthen our network of directors, stylists, DOPs, and artists.Strategise: Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and contribute to sustainable and intelligent growth.Optimisation: Partner closely with the founder to refine marketing, outreach, and operational processes.Ideal Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or strategy, preferably in ad films, production, or agency environments.Can talk ideas, budgets, and timelines without losing your cool.Deep appreciation for the creative industry and enthusiasm for working alongside visionary professionals.Proactive, confident, and driven to overcome stagnation.Can see the big picture and then make it happen, one email and meeting at a time.What We OfferGrowth: Play a pivotal role as part of our core team, where your contributions will shape Fableman’s future.Culture: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative atmosphere.
