Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions (GL, AP, AR) and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and timely payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and assist in audits.
- Implement process improvements and optimize our accounting systems.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, with 3+ years of experience (preferably in travel).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Proficient in accounting software (Zoho Books/ERP) and Excel.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
