Role Description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with expertise in web technologies and full-stack development? Join our fast-paced, growing team as a Technical Production Manager and lead the way in managing production operations, incident management, observability, and agile processes.


What You’ll Do:


  • Lead Daily Scrums to ensure alignment, transparency, and seamless collaboration.
  • Own Incident Management: Drive resolution, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
  • Oversee Production Environments: Ensure stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement Observability Solutions: Design monitoring stacks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and ELK.
  • Utilize Monitoring Tools: Leverage production monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Datadog, Splunk, and Prometheus for operational excellence.
  • Support Full-Stack Development: Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, design, and senior leadership to align technical objectives with business goals.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: 8+ years in production management or technical leadership with a focus on web technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in full-stack development (Node.js, React, REST APIs, etc.), backend technologies, and observability tools.
  • Monitoring Expertise: Knowledge of production monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with agile development process, cloud-native architectures, scaling web applications, and vendor management.
