The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing teams, overseeing software development projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring project goals are met effectively. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide project progress, and facilitate clear communication to achieve successful outcomes.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and support diverse membersExperience in Troubleshooting and Software Development for solving complex technical issues and building solutionsExpertise in Project Management to oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverablesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience in an on-site team leadership role is preferred Relevant Experience Required: 10+ YearsHands-on expertise in development in C# and .NET Framework 4.8Proven experience with WinForms application development.Strong knowledge and practical experience with Infragistics controls for UI-rich desktop applications.Proficiency in Active Reports for building dynamic and complex reporting solutions.Solid understanding of SQL Server including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with US based team/client
