Technical team Lead

Remote, Full Time are a startup and looking for serious people to hire immediately. Candidates are requested to send us their GitHub profile along with their resume at: 're seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our core engineering team and take full ownership of our product architecture and technical execution. You'll lead a team of 6-8 developers, set engineering standards, and ensure high-quality, well-tested, and scalable code is shipped to production. The ideal candidate will have strong debugging skills, deep understanding of system design, and experience guiding teams through complex development cycles. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team to architect solutions, maintain production reliability, and continuously improve code quality, performance, and deployment pipelines. This is a full-time role starting on November 20, 2025. Tech Stack Frontend: Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Shadcn/UI Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, EC2, SDK v3), Docker, Render Stripe Connect, Plaid, Persona, AWS Rekognition, HelloSign, OpenAl API DevOps & Tooling: Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Node Cron, background jobs, WebSockets (Socket.Monitoring: Winston, Morgan, AWS CloudWatch Take full ownership of end-to-end system architecture across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Review and enforce code quality, scalability, and security standards across all services. Drive production-ready deployments with deep attention to performance, reliability, and debugging. Design and maintain secure REST APIs, middleware layers, and multi-role authorization systems. Analyze and debug complex database, API, and network issues using Prisma, PostgreSQL, and logging tools (Winston, Morgan). Manage AWS resources (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.), Supervise DevOps processes - background jobs, queue management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment stability. Conduct regular code reviews, performance audits, and architectural refactors for long-term scalability. Ensure data protection, encryption, and compliance with GDPR/SOC 2 standards. Strong command over Node.js, Express.js, and API architecture. Experience with Next.js 15 / React 19, TailwindCSS, and frontend state management (Zustand, Context API). Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL + Prisma ORM, query optimization, and schema design. Hands-on knowledge of AWS (S3, CloudFront, SK 3) and CDN invalidation. Experience integrating Plaid, Stripe Connect, Persona, AWS Rekognition, and HelloSign APIs. Work directly with the founders, build next-generation fintech and Al tools, and lead a remote engineering team shaping a product used by real startups.
