You'll play a key role in creating positive experiences and long-term value for every client you engage with.What You`ll Do:• Handle customer queries and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and ownership.• Lead service recovery conversations and build long-term trust.• Convert qualified leads through clear, consultative communication.• Engage existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.• Track, Report conversion and Engagement metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction remains central.What we're looking for:• 3–5 years of experience in Travel, Hospitality, Airlines, Medical/Healthcare services, Wellness centres,  Hospitals, or International voice-based customer service.
