They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to be part of the first line of defence and oversee operational risk management that directly shapes how our savings products scale safely. You’ll partner with Product and Operations to identify, assess, and manage day-to-day risks.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingManaging risk across savings products, including regulated deposits and partnershipsIdentifying, assessing, and remediating risks (credit, liquidity, third-party, operational)Collaborating with product teams and operations managers on daily risk activitiesSupporting incident management, control, testing, and risk reportingPartnering with leadership on savings risk-related mattersWhat you'll needExperience in financial services risk management, ideally in first-line rolesExperience working directly with product and operations teams beyond frameworks and oversightThe ability to manage incidents and deliver practical risk solutionsStakeholder management skills with the ability to balance detail and business prioritiesNice to haveExperience with savings, deposits, or investment productsExperience in a startup or high-growth fintech environmentBroader financial services experience across multiple risk types
