Senior Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned quality assurance expert to lead automation, performance and data integrity initiatives across our software portfolio.Create scalable automation frameworks that support continuous releases.Briefly describe the key features of a data integrity testing system designed to ensure customer isolation.Implement performance and load testing as part of regular release cycles.Establish visibility into quality metrics through business intelligence dashboards.Main Responsibilities:Oversee QA engineering teams and manage product quality across multiple releases.Develop and scale test automation systems using industry-standard tools.Design and maintain realistic data generation systems for simulation purposes.Collaborate with Engineering teams to embed quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.Define and measure key quality indicators.Required Skills:7-10 years of experience in QA for SaaS products.Demonstrated expertise in Ruby on Rails or similar backend-heavy environments.Deep knowledge of automation frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure including AWS and database management systems like Postgres.
