Senior Commercial Contract Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Maintain and track commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements, Order Forms, and Statements of Work.Oversee compliance, timely renewals, and revenue alignment by monitoring key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines.Support invoice management to ensure accuracy, timely issuance, and payment status tracking in collaboration with Finance.Manage contract renewal workflows and assist in preparing amendments or extension documents.Persistently update structured documentation and maintain accurate records within internal systems.About the Role:This position plays a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts. It involves maintaining and tracking various types of agreements, ensuring ongoing compliance and timely renewals, and aligning revenue goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contractual obligations, deliveringables, and renewal timelines, as well as supporting invoice management and maintenance of accurate records.Requirements:This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
