Senior Strategic Partner Program ManagerThe Senior Strategic Partner Program Manager will be responsible for owning the orchestration and management of ALIANDO's Partner Program in relation to its strategic Alliance with Microsoft. This includes access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking & referral submissions, claim submissions, Azure revenue tracking and revenue recognition stewardship, issue resolution, access requests, and ad hoc queries from the global business.Key Responsibilities:Owning Partner Program orchestration and management in relation to Microsoft's strategic Alliance.Serving as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, marketplace GTM, and other Microsoft partner programs.Coodinating Microsoft Advanced Specialization processes with the ALIANDO PMO, including evidence collection, audits, renewals, and timeline management.Market-facing integration: Ensuring ongoing communications with Marketing & Sales on lead performance, funnel progression, conversion rates, ACR influence, claims status, incentives attainment, and marketplace KPIs.Reporting & analytics enablement: Partnering with reporting/analytics functions to design and maintain executive-ready dashboards.Program knowledge ownership: Monitoring and interpreting program changes, publishing internal updates and playbooks, briefing leadership, and maintaining internal guidance for teams.Enablement & upskilling: Leading ongoing enablement on certifications vs. designations, competency gaps, renewal risks, and uplift plans.Analysis & business insights: Analyzing trends, top deals, pipeline velocity, co-sell accept/convert rates, win rates, incentives leakage/disputes, and other metrics to identify actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.Process excellence: Driving continuous process improvement and automation across Partner Center operations.
