About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Specialist to spearhead our lead generation efforts and drive meaningful growth through strategic marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, incorporating email, social media, webinars, events, paid ads, and other digital initiatives.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target audience segments and create tailored outreach strategies.Manage lead nurturing programs to facilitate prospect progression through the sales funnel.Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.Identify opportunities for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and high-value lead targeting.Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and event organizers to execute campaigns effectively.Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in CRM/marketing automation tools.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.1-3 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:A dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation.Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.The chance to work on diverse projects and contribute to our success.
