We cater to top retailers and wholesalers in the UK and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement global sourcing strategies for premium beauty and cosmetic brands.Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and logistics with suppliers.Oversee purchase orders, stock planning, and on-time replenishments.Evaluate and maintain authenticity checks, compliance, and documentation accuracy.Collaborate with internal teams for demand planning and fulfilment.Maintain organized vendor lists, pricing sheets, and purchase records.Requirements4-8 years of experience in procurement (beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail).Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Experience in international sourcing is advantageous.Excellent analytical and Excel skills.Attention to detail and effective communication.BenefitsWork directly with global suppliers.Fast decision-making environment.Exposure to premium beauty and cosmetics brands.Growth-oriented company expanding internationally.
