Location: Chennai

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST


We are looking for a Sourcer to join our Canada Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in speaking and reading French, with a passion for recruitment and talent engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve staffing objectives by identifying and sourcing the right candidates for open and critical roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria and assist them through the registration process on the TCS Careers portal.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with hiring managers.
  • Source potential candidates through databases, internal systems, social media, and employee referral programs.
  • Advertise job openings across career pages, job boards, and social media platforms to attract suitable talent.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French (reading and speaking) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in recruitment/sourcing is an advantage but not mandatory.
