Windchill Developer Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windchill Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and customizing Windchill PDMLink solutions, working on workflows, lifecycles, business rules, and system integrations to deliver scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink modules: Change Management, Document, BOM, MPMLink.Develop workflows, lifecycles, Business Rules Framework (BRF); extend functionality via REST/OData APIs and Info*Engine.Integrate Windchill with ERP/CAD systems; build custom UI and reporting using JSP, JavaScript, XML.Troubleshoot performance, access, and data integrity issues.Manage build/release pipelines, CI/CD, and support Windchill upgrades/migrations.Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Technical Skills:Strong experience with Windchill PDMLink, including configuration, customization, and development.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.Familiarity with database management systems, including Oracle and SQL Server.Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.BenefitsAs a member of our team, you can expect:Professional Growth:Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Mentorship from experienced team members.Additional InformationPlease note that we are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
