Highly Skilled Database Developer Wanted

**Job Description:**We are looking for a highly skilled database developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in MySQL and solid backend fundamentals.The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain complex MySQL database schemas, queries, views, triggers, and stored procedures.They will be responsible for optimizing database performance, including indexing, query tuning, caching, and load balancing.Strong collaboration skills are required to integrate MySQL effectively within Node.js services.The selected individual will contribute to backend development when required using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.Data integrity, security, backups, and high availability are critical components of this role.Candidates must support system design discussions and propose scalable database solutions.Troubleshooting database-related issues and driving root-cause analysis is also essential.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 3–6 years of dedicated hands-on experience with MySQL—including query writing, optimization, schema design, and performance improvements.A strong understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, indexing strategies, and execution plans is mandatory.Experience working on high-scale, high-growth product-based companies is a must.Candidates should be able to design efficient, scalable database structures for B2C applications.A strong analytical mindset, enabling the candidate to understand why a certain approach is more optimal, not just how to implement it.Experience working in fast-paced startup environments where performance and speed matter.Familiarity with database monitoring tools and performance dashboards is desirable.Optimizing systems for speed, scalability, and reliability is an essential skill.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with a talented team of engineers.
