Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to oversee client accounts and manage recruitment processes during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of client management, and experience in recruitment. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with the recruitment team, and ensuring that staffing requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Any Field).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Availability to work night shifts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the night shift.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Address client concerns, questions, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of recruitment activities.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Work with recruiters to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection processes.
  • Ensure timely placement of candidates to meet client demands.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through continuous sourcing and networking.

Team Management & Coordination:

  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters working during the night shift.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure recruitment targets are met.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior recruiters to improve team performance.



  • Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, client feedback, and account performance.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are being met.
  • Analyze client needs and suggest improvements to recruitment strategies.
