Senior Transfer Pricing Strategist

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to lead our global transfer pricing efforts.Transfer Pricing Management:Create comprehensive transfer pricing strategies that align with local tax regulations and OECD guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation of all transfer pricing activities.Risk Mitigation & Governance:Develop and implement robust transfer pricing policies to minimize tax risks globally.Maintain expertise on evolving international and local transfer pricing laws to ensure compliance.Intercompany Agreements & Transaction Oversight:Design and execute intercompany agreements that reflect commercial realities and transfer pricing policies.Evaluate and document intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.Strategic Advisory & Global Strategy:Provide strategic guidance to senior management on complex transfer pricing matters, including efficient pricing structures and tax planning.Contribute to the development and implementation of our global transfer pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives across multiple jurisdictions.Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or finance within a multinational corporate environment or a Big Four public accounting firm.Proven expertise in global transfer pricing documentation requirements.Familiarity with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and related global transfer pricing regulations.
