We foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development among our team members.Job Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate with 2–4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax. The successful candidate will work on various transfer pricing advisory and compliance engagements, supporting multinational clients with documentation, benchmarking studies, and intercompany pricing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of transfer pricing documentation, local files, and master files in line with OECD and UAE TP regulationsConduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricingBenchmarking studies using transfer pricing databases and toolsSupport the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policiesCollaboration with Managers and Directors to develop transfer pricing planning strategies and documentationParticipation in client meetings and assistance with responding to queries from tax authoritiesDrafting proposals for potential clientsAbility to proactively manage projects independently with review and inputs from seniors in the teamCollaboration with Corporate Tax Team for interdependencies of transfer pricing provisions in UAE Corporate Tax LawContribution to business development initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building effortsMaintenance of up-to-date knowledge on evolving international tax/TP regulations and UAE-specific compliance requirementsCollaboration with cross-functional teams across Tax, Legal, and Advisory practicesQualifications:2–4 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax (experience in the UAE or MENA region preferred)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or similar are an advantageStrong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindsetProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with transfer pricing databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat, or similar) is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
